Fans know that "Star Wars: Episode 8" is the sequel to the forthcoming movie "The Force Awakens." According to Making Star Wars, a rumour claims Darth Vader will be appearing in future "Star Wars" movies including "Star Wars: Rogue One" and "Star Wars: Episode 8." And the character will reportedly be played by classic cast member Hayden Christensen.

"A team in the U.K. are soon heading to the U.S. to begin training Hayden Christensen for a Star Wars: Episode VIII appearance of some sort," a source claims.

For those unfamiliar, Christensen played young Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker, originally a Jedi, in "Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of the Clones" and "Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith." No further details related to Darth Vader's resurrection in the movies are available. It must also be noted that the report lack official comments and confirmation from the associated persons.

Meanwhile, it is said "Star Wars: Episode 8" has already started filming and photos have already begun rolling. The cast and crew are currently filming at Skelling Michael, Ireland, where actor Mark Hamill, who plays the role of Luke Skywalker, the son of Anakin Skywalker and twin brother of Princess Leia, was spotted.

According to Aintitcoolnews, some of the crew members including Mark Hamill spent some time in a pub in the Ireland after the day of filming. They even obtained a photo of the actor, who is apparently sporting a new clean-shaven look. Previously, while he was filming for "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," pictures of Mark Hamill showed him sporting full beard. Several media outlets such as International Business Times are speculating this could possibly be Luke Skywalker's new look for "Star Wars: Episode 8."

For now, not much is known about the upcoming movie except that it will see the return of some fan-favourite characters. "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" releases Dec. 15, 2015 and "Episode 8" hits the theater on May 26, 2017.
