Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts (0-2) will gun for their first win of the 2015 NFL season as they face division rivals Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans (1-1) at the Nissan Stadium on Sunday, September 27.

During the preseason, the Colts were considered by many NFL analysts to be Super Bowl contenders but their lackluster plays have so far kept them from living up to the status.

Their horrific 20-7 loss to the New York Jets at home on Monday is a warning sign for head coach Chuck Pagano that things should improve soonest.

Luck and company were held scoreless for the first three quarters before he finally found wideout Donte Moncrief for a touchdown in the fourth, as per Oregon Live.

The defeat became worse when tight end Dwayne Allen and cornerback Vontae Davis both went down with injuries and are uncertain for the next game.

After their huge 42-14 opening win versus Tampa Bay, the Titans lost their next one against Cleveland, 28-14, via Bleacher Report.

Tennessee lost their starting DT, Chance Warmack, in the process with a sprained right knee, which can be costly against the Colts.

Prediction: Colts win, 28-10
