"Star Wars Battlefront" will have an early launch for the Xbox One console, as well as a confirmed release date for the beta version next month.
EA Games and DICE announced the official release date for the "Star Wars Battlefront" beta gameplay on Oct. 8-12 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC platforms. Gamers will have access to three game modes within "Star Wars Battelfront" such as "Walker Assault", "Drop Zone" and "Survival", VG 24/7 reported
The "Star Wars Battlefront" beta will have 40 players competing in Walker Assault on the planet Hoth as gamers will choose to side with Rebel Alliance to destroy the AT-AT walkers with their Y-wing fighters or join the Galactic Empire in destroying the rebellion. "Walker Assault" will also feature both Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader.
Drop Zone will have eight players in each team competing for the crashed escape pods in Sollust as each player must utilize both strategy and skill to out maneuver the opposing team and get to the escape pods first.
Survival will have players fight for survival against swarms of enemy Stormtroopers in Tatooine. Gamers can either play alone or add a friend in a split-screen co-op mode.
EA Games added that a companion experience feature will be added in "Star Wars Battlefront" beta that allows gamers to achieve in-game credits and unlock several items like Star cards, weapons etc.
The "Star Wars Battlefront" beta game will have several dedicated servers as EA Games and DICE promised gaming fans unparallelede gaming experience.
In other news, several Xbox One users will have a chance to buy "Star Wars Battlefront" early than its original launch date through EA Access, Gamespot reported.
The EA Access revealed that the Xbox One version of the game will be available on Nov. 12, four days before its official launch date and the latest Star Wars video game will be joined by other titles such as "Need For Speed" and "NBA Live 2016".
So far, it is not yet confirmed by EA Games whether the early launch date for the Xbox One is real or fake.
"Star Wars Battlefront" will BE release on November 17 for the PS4, Xbox One and for the PC.
