Apple and Samsung are going to battle it out with their latest devices. It is a tough call to decide who is the winner out of Samsung Galaxy S7 and Apple iPhone 6S.

While the latter is yet to be released, iPhone 6S is already up for pre-order in the market. It was launched at the special media event on Sept. 9. Samsung Galaxy S7 is rumored to get a release date at the World Mobile Congress, which will be held on Feb. 22 2016, according to iDigital Times.

Apple iPhone 6S

Apple's iPhone 6S on the other hand has 2 GB RAM. On the camera front, it has 12 megapixel primary camera and 5 megapixel secondary camera, according to GSM Arena. It is will also be powered with the Apple A9 processor, making it one of the fastest iPhones till date. Apple iPhone 6S will also sport the single chip technology, which will make it less prone to getting heated up. iPhone 6S will be feature the force touch technology as well. The price of the device is set at $749.

Samsung Galaxy S7

Samsung Galaxy S7 is rumored to be released in two variants. Both the variants are expected to sport a 4K display screen resolution. The device may also feature a screen resolution of 2560 x 1440 ppi, which is pretty high end keeping in mind the current standards. The screen size is rumored to be 5.5 inches.

It is further rumored that Samsung Galaxy S7 may be equipped with 4GB RAM, which can be increased to 6GB as well, depending on the user's wish. The device is expected to house Samsung's own CPU core. Samsung Korean HQ will develop this processor, and Samsung is planning to use it in all its future devices. Thus, it seems that Samsung is not planning to use any third party processors in the near future.
