New "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" details revealed three new trailers for October, Michael Shannon on his role in the film and Lex Luthor possibly appearing in "Suicide Squad."
Several rumors are making rounds that three new trailers for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" are scheduled to be release in the fall. Two trailers will be first shown next month and it features solo videos of Superman (Henry Cavill) and Batman (Ben Affleck).
The Superman solo trailer will first air on Monday, October 26, on CBS during the pilot episode of "Supergirl" TV series, while the Batman solo trailer will launch on FOX during "Gotham" season 2. The final trailer will be a combination of the two, making it a full-length video for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" and it will have a theatrical release sometime in November, Heroic Hollywood reported.
Aside from the new trailers, "99 Homes" star Michael Shannon continues to deny his involvement in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." It was rumored that Shannon's character, General Zod, could be the film's version of the Kryptonian monster Doomsday. Shannon first cleared out the details on his "flipper hands" description and stated in an interview that he makes things up because he does not have a lot to say about the film after being repeatedly asked to comment on it.
Shannon added that Warner Bros. was happy with his approach on the whole thing, rather than saying more details about the movie.
There are also rumors that Lex Luthor (Jesse Eisenberg) will likely appear in "Suicide Squad" movie. Lex Luthor was part of original line-up of the team when the official character announcement was made, although he did not appear in full cast photo alongside Will Smith, Margot Robbie etc. This led to the speculation that Luthor will likely have a small role or a cameo appearance within the film, HNGN reported.
Lex Luthor in the film is said to be gathering super powered individuals and will try to use them against Superman and one of these is June Moone/Enchantress (Cara Delevingne).
"Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" will be release in cinemas on March 25, 2016.
