Gizmag noted that both Nexus devices are not just the same phone with two variations of sizes, unlike Apple's iPhone 6s and iPhone 6S Plus, though size still matters to tech geeks as Nexus 6P is 8 percent taller (159mm) and 8 percent thinner (7.3 mm) compared to Nexus 5X.

Comparing both phones build, the 5.7-inches Nexus 6P is more of a premium device as it has an all metal aluminum body, while the 5.2-inches Nexus 5X is made out of soft-touch plastic and is more of a midrange-end smartphone.

With both devices' features and specs, the Huawei made Google Nexus 6P, which is priced at $499, is equipped with 2GHz Snapdragon 810 64-bit octacore while the LG's Google Nexus 5X, which is priced at $379, also sports powerful 2015 processor - the 1.8 GHz Snapdragon 808 64-bit octacore. When it comes to RAM, 6P offers extra gigabyte of RAM capacity having 3GB while the 5X only offers 2GB. Google's new Nexus devices are packed with the new Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS.

The 5.7-inch Nexus 6P device also offers better storage variation with its 32GB, 64GB and 128GB devices options, while Nexus 5X only offers 16GB and 32GB devices.

In the camera department, both 6P and 5X houses 12.3MP rear camera while their front snapper is 8MP and 5MP, respectively.

For those who love smartphone with top of the line hardware and specs, Google Nexus 6P is the right one for you, but for those who wants a not so big and cheaper device, according to BGR, then 5X would be the right option.
