"A TV superchef challenges Homer to a BBQ smoke-off, but Homer's secret cooking weapon is stolen, so detectives Lisa and Bart turn up the heat and grill some suspects in an attempt to smoke out the culprit," reads the synopsis of the upcoming "The Simpsons" episode.

According to Variety, Edward James Olmos, Alton Brown and Bobby Moynihan will lend their voices to characters in the new "The Simpsons" episode.

Olmos appears as the Pit Master. He sells a smoker to Homer. The smoker has "never been cooled down, never been cleaned - mixing heat, fat and smoke into pure magic."

Meanwhile, Moynihan will play Tyler Boom. He is the son of superchef Scotty Boom, Hank Azaria lends his voice to Scotty. Tyler is sad that his father Scotty spends more time doing his job and has hardly any time for them.

Homer will be seen in a smoke off against Scotty in the new episode. However, someone stole Homer's smoker and he is in trouble. Bart and Lisa will have to unravel the mystery.
