"Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 Episode 3 airing Friday, Oct. 9, 2015 features some highly anticipated moments. Fans finally learn the fate of Steve McGarrett (Alex O'Loughlin) and Catherine Rollins' (Michelle Borth) relationship. The upcoming segment is titled "Ua 'o'oloku ke anu i na mauna" that translates to "The Chilling Storm is on the Mountains" sees a much-awaited proposal while the team takes on a case of a murder mystery that is linked to another cold-blooded murder. McGarrett takes a big step to take his relationship with Catherine forward. According to the synopsis (via Spoiler TV) for "Hawaii Five-0" Season 6 Episode 3 "Ua 'o'oloku ke anu i na mauna," McGarrett makes some arrangements to ask the ultimate question to Catherine. Catherine accepts the proposal or not remains to be seen.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, "Hawaii Five-0" executive producer Peter Lenkov revealed that Season 6 will explore characters' love life with love being the theme of the year. According to the website, the EP also spoke about an "unexpected" twist in Catherine and McGarrett's relationship occurring "early in the season." When the focus shifts, the show will further delve into Kono and Adam's honeymoon period, according to Lenkov.
"We're going to be playing people's personal lives first and foremost, in terms of character arcs. We're doing a Valentine's Day episode which is going to really hammer home that theme," the EP added.
At the same time, Episode 3 focuses on a murder mystery of a scuba diver. What makes this case more compelling is its link to another murder. Apparently, the crime-fighting agents discover an important clue that reveals that the scuba diver was murdered with the same gun that was used for another killing in the town. Who is behind these murders?

The promo, as published on Spoiler TV, teases a heavy-on-action episode packed with some romance. The sneak peek also gives a glance to the ring that McGarrett is going to present to Catherine when he pops the question.
