Marvel's Phase Three film timeline has been revealed.

Captain America and Iron Man will clash in Joe Russo and Anthony Russo's "Captain America: Civil War" As per Cinema Blend, the Supersoldier is set to team up with Hawkeye, Falcon, Agent 13, and Ant-Man. They are up against Iron Man's team, which reportedly includes Black Widow, War Machine, The Vision, and Black Panther. Spider-Man is also set to appear in the film; however, no information yet as to which side he is in.

Benedict Cumberbatch will be Marvel's Sorcerer Supreme in Scott Derrickson's "Doctor Strange." It follows the brilliant and arrogant surgeon Stephen Strange, who catches a car accident and permanently damages his hands. While in search for a cure, he meets a sorcerer who trains him magic skills. Cumberbatch joins Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton, and Chiwetel Ejofor in the film, which premieres on Nov. 4, 2016.

Star Lord and his fellow cosmic heroes will defend the outer space in James Gunn's "Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2." It stars Chris Pratt as Peter Quill/Star Lord, Zoe Saldana as Gamora, Dave Bautista as Drax the Destroyer, Vin Diesel as Groot, and Bradley Cooper as Rocket, among others. Gunn also teased that there would be one Sneeper alien in the film, which hits theaters on May 5, 2017.

Marvel and Sony have agreed to bring back the iconic superhero Spider-Man to his home. Unlike other "Spider-Man" films, Jon Watts' "Spider-Man" is set to feature the superhero during his highschool life that it has been regarded as Marvel's coming of age film. Writers John Francis Dailey and Jonathan M. Goldstein, Tom Holland's Spider-Man will be amusing and crafty, despite of being a bore and a loner. It will premiere on July 28, 2017.

Following the events in Joss Whedon's "Avengers: Age of Ultron," fans will see the Norse god of thunder Thor back in Asgard in "Thor: Ragnarok." In the comics, Ragnarok refers to an epic battle tossed by the god of mischief, Loki. Thor must come back and prevent the impending death and destruction of Asgard. Directed by Taika Waititi, "Thor: Ragnarok" is slated to premiere on Nov. 3, 2017.

Chadwick Boseman will don the Black Panther suit in F. Gary Gray's upcoming "Black Panther," which premieres on Feb. 16, 2018. Set in the African island of Wakanda, "Black Panther" centers on Prince T'Challa, as he ascends as the next royal leader. He also seeks revenge for the death of his father T'Chaka. The superhero is also set to join Iron Man, Black Widow, Vision, and War Machine, against Captain America in "Captain America: Civil War."

Marvel has decided to divide "Avengers: Infinity War" to two parts. It centers on the Avengers along with other superheroes in Marvel's Cinematic Universe as they fight the Mad Titan Thanos. Directed by the Russos, "Avengers: Infinity War Part I" is slated to premiere on on May 4, 2018 while "Avengers: Infinity War Part II" hits theaters on May 3, 2019.

Marvel Studios has become confident when its tiniest superhero Ant-Man debuted his adventures in Peyton Reed's "Ant-Man." Now, Scott Lang is set to return to the big screen along with his new partner, Hope van Dyne's The Wasp. Paul Rudd is set to reprise his role as Ant-Man while Evangeline Lily will don the Wasp's suit. With no director attached yet, "Ant-Man and the Wasp" is slated to hit theaters on July 6, 2018, as per Marvel's official website.

Set as Marvel's first female led film, "Captain Marvel" will follow Carol Danvers as she receives invincible powers from her encounter within the alien Kree Empire. While Ronda Rousey, Emily Blunt, Charlize Theron, Rebecca Ferguson, and Jennifer Lawrence have been attached to the role, Marvel has not announced the one who will don Danvers' suit. The film is set to premiere on Mar. 8, 2019.

There is an increase in numbers of the Inhumans in Marvel's "Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." and they are set to have their own film, "Inhumans." The film centers on an isolated community of people with unique abilities as they fight to protect themselves. Previous reports say that they are Marvel's version of mutants, like the X-Men. "Inhumans" premieres on July 12, 2019.

Aside from the aforementioned films, Marvel Studios has also announced that three untitled films are slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on May 1, 2020, July 10, 2020, and Nov. 6, 2020.
