Astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson has shared his thoughts on who would win between Batman and Superman.

In his interview with Tech Insider, Tyson said that Batman could defeat Superman; however, it was not inside a cage, but in some other way. He also mentioned that forces were not all about how big one's muscles were, how quick one could run, or how high one could fly. For Tyson, it was about who one wanted to work with him, which he referred to as a "different" and a "more subtle" matter.

Tyson also mentioned that Batman would have an even fight with Marvel's Iron Man. However, he said that the Dark Crusader could still lose from the metal-armored Avenger, since the former had people like Lucius Fox and the Wayne Enterprises employees for his suit and gadgets while the latter created his Iron Man suit himself.

It is given that the Dark Knight is not going to win against the Man of Steel, as he does not have superpowers unlike the latter. In fact, Batman is clever enough to bring with him a piece of Kryptonite or don a massive armor, in addition to the unique gadgets in his arsenal, according to Cinema Blend.

Recently, Tyson also revealed his thoughts on some scientific deviations in Christopher Nolan's 2014 space sci-fi film "Interstellar." Back in May, the astrophysicist also gave his advice to the production team of Gareth Edwards'upcoming film "Rogue One: A Star Wars Story."

Meanwhile, Ben Affleck will play the Dark Knight while Henry Cavill will play the Man of Steel in Zack Snyder's forthcoming "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice," which will lead to the rise of the superhero team Justice League. Aside from Affleck and Cavill, the film also stars Gal Gadot, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Jesse Eisenberg, and Amy Adams, among others.

Snyder's "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set to be aired in two separate teasers on Oct. 26 while the film is slated to premiere in theaters in the United States on Mar. 25, 2016.
