Alfred Angelo Bridal has unveiled a Queen Elsa-inspired dress in the latest Disney Weddings Bridal Collection in New York City.
Alfred Angelo has made a second Elsa gown, which followed the baby blue Elsa dress that was released in 2014, as per US Magazine. The recently released gown has fitted bodice embroidered with crystals, rhinestones, and spangles. It also featured a draped skirt, tip-of-the-shoulder straps, sheer sleeves, and a chapel-length Watteau train.
Alfred Angelo designer Marian Woolley told US Magazine that the Watteau train is very iconic to Elsa, whom she described as "a very regal princess." Woolley also mentioned that the design was being presented with and without the train, so as to provide Disney brides the opportunity to pick a gown that suits their personality and choice of venue.
If "Frozen's" snow queen had to set free her iconic icy blue gown, Alfred Angelo's design would have been her top choice as her replacement gown, as per Entertainment Online.
Aside from the Elsa-inspired gown, the event also featured wedding dresses inspired by Snow White, Cinderalla, Aurora from "Sleeping Beauty," Belle from "Beauty and the Beast," Ariel from "The Little Mermaid," Rapunzel from "Tangled," Tiana from "The Princess and the Frog," and Jasmine from "Aladdin."
Meanwhile, fans are set to see Elsa and her sister Anna in Christopher Buck and Jennifer Lee's forthcoming animated film "Frozen 2."
"Frozen 2" serves as the sequel to Buck and Lee's Disney film "Frozen." Released on Nov. 27, 2013, "Frozen" followed the newly crowned Queen Elsa accidentally using her icy powers that led to distance herself from the people. Her sister Anna, teamed up with Kristoff, and Olaf to help her put things back to normal.
Idina Menzel, Kristen Bell, Jonathan Groff, and Josh Gad are set to reprise their roles as the voices of Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf, respectively. While there are several speculations about the story's future, exact details on the plot, characters, and cast are yet to be revealed.
Buck and Lee's "Frozen 2" is slated to premiere in theaters in 2018.
