Reeling teams Houston Texans (1-4) and Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4) will try to improve their records in the current NFL season as they meet at the EverBank Field on Sunday for a Week 6 encounter.

The Texans lost to an Andrew Luck-less Indianapolis Colts, 27-20, on October 8 at their home field of NRG Stadium as Houston's Ryan Mallett was awful in starting the game, allowing Luck's reliever, Matthew Hasselbeck, to come up with 13 straight points in the first half.

Brian Hoyer replaced Mallett during the second quarter and it immediately "paid dividends", as per Bleacher Report, allowing Houston to move within 13-10 at halftime.

But Houston could not pull off the win in the second half as they fell one touchdown short in the final period.

The Jaguars also lost their Week 5 game, this time against the Buccaneers, 38-31.

Quarterback Blake Bortles was exceptional in the game, passing 23-of-33 for 303 yards and four touchdowns, but he was also sacked six times in the process, as reported by Fansided.

The bad news for Jacksonville is that Bortles will be out against the Texans because of an injured shoulder. Backup Chad Henne is set to start for the Jaguars in this crucial match against Houston.

Prediction: Texans win, 17-14.
