Windows 10 Mobile's new build designed for Windows Insiders is set to be available sometime this week, while the OS is scheduled to extend its latest update to a number of Lumia handsets.

Microsoft announced the launch of its latest Windows 10 build for Windows Insiders right after the hardware event last Oct. 6. However, reports were saying that the rollout was put on hold due to several bug issues. Microsoft decided to postpone the latest build's release to have more time to work on these issues and to ensure better stability and reliability.

Windows Insider Gabriel Aul indicated in his statement that build 10559 was recently tested by the company, although it is not yet definite that the said version is the same one that will be rolled out to various users this week. Moreover, there is a chance that the company's development team has structured a new build by this time, Softpedia reported.

Regardless of the rumors, Windows Central reported that the latest Windows 10 Mobile build for Windows Insider is indeed set to roll out this week. This report is supported by Aul's answer to a fan's tweet, where he wrote, "Looking very good. We have a build that we've been stabilizing, doing the final avail on it today/tomorrow."

Microsoft also revealed the next-generation Lumia 550, Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL last Oct. 6. These new handsets will all be preloaded by the latest Windows 10 Mobile.

Windows Phones that run on Windows 8 and 8.1 operating systems can be upgraded to Windows 10 at no cost.
