Reeling squad Swansea City (2-2-4, 10 points) had been winless in their last four games and they would like to cut that in this 2015-2016 Premier League encounter with steadily rising Stoke City (2-3-3, 9 points) at the Liberty Stadium on Monday, October 19.

The Swans last taste of victory was late August, a 2-1 upset over Manchester United at their home field. After the stirring win, the following four had not been so inspirational anymore with two losses and two draws.

Their last match was a 2-2 tie with Tottenham Hotspur also at the Liberty Stadium last October 4, as per SkySports.

If not for Spurs forward Harry Kane's own goal, Garry Monk would be looking at two straight defeats for his squad.

Meanwhile, the Potters managed to string two consecutive wins after getting a draw with Leicester prior, which makes them unbeaten in their last three outings.

Mark Hughes' men turned back Aston Villa, 1-0, at the Villa Park on October 3 to slightly push them up the league table, via the Mirror.

Austrian winger Marko Arnautović scored the lone goal of the match for the Potters at the 55th minute to give them an additional three points in the overall standings.

Stoke will look to continue their undefeated run against the Swans, but odds favor Monk's wards to pull off a tough decision as they attempt to finally go back to their winning form.

The predicted result is a close 2-1 victory for Swansea.
