In Episode 4, fans saw Rick solve the murder mystery of his favourite author, who was killed in a church. Moving on to Episode 5 "The Nose," Rick takes up a case of theft of a work of art that leads to a murder.
Synopsis for "Castle" Season 8 Episode 5 "The Nose" (via Spoiler TV), a delivery guy is robbed of an invaluable piece of art and gets killed. Rick and Kate team up to solve the case with the help of a key witness who claims that she can find the painting and the killer with her enhanced sense of smell.
But it seems Rick relies on the witness for more than just the case. A promo video for "Castle" Season 8, as obtained by TV Line, teases the events of Episode 5 "The Nose." Kate drops a bombshell on Rick and announces that she is moving out. But the witness, who overhears the couple's conversation, tells Rick that she can tell him exactly what Kate feels for him just by the help of her olfactory faculty. This gets Rick excited, who is trying to win his wife back but has not succeeded so far.
Another promo video shows Rick convincing the woman for an important piece of information. But to get what he wants, she asks Rick to enter her decontamination chamber. Scroll down to watch the promo.
