Stone Cold Steve Austin's Texas Homecoming, Brock vs. The Undertaker Preview

Michael Cole welcomed the Dallas, Texas crowd to RAW, but was quickly cut off by the glass-shattering sound of Stone Cold Steve Austin's theme.

The Rattlesnake almost blew the roof off of the American Airlines Center as he made his way to the ring and did his signature four-corner salute. This was Austin's first live appearance on RAW after four long years.

He began his promo by tracing his roots back in the city where he started his wrestling career in 1989, before promoting his upcoming podcast interview with Brock Lesnar.

The lights went out in the middle of his speech, as the unnerving sound of the bell blasted through the arena's speakers.

The Undertaker took in the chants from the boisterous WWE Universe as he walked down the ramp.

Taker threatened his opponent at Hell in a Cell, claiming that the depths of hell will seem like heaven's gates compared to where he plans on taking The Beast.

All of a sudden, Brock Lesnar's music interfered, as he and his manager, Paul Heyman, trooped down to the squared circle.

After going through his usual introduction and buildup of Lesnar, Heyman made a valid point about Taker's tainted legacy.

The two Hell in a Cell combatants almost went at it again before cooler heads prevailed, thus ending this star-studded opening segment.

Shawn Michaels and Seth Rollins

Another hometown legend graced the rowdy Texas crowd, this time it was Shawn Michaels who embraced the spotlight.

The Heartbreak Kid did his tried and tested crowd interactions, before opening his long-awaited promo.

Michaels reminisced his past Hell in a Cell experience; describing the horrific events that shaped his WWE career.

This prompted Seth Rollins to enter the equation.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion mocked and talked down on Michaels, then called himself as the better version of the legendary superstar.

The two exchanged an intriguing banter that centered on being the best wrestler of all time.

As Seth Rollins was about to leave the ring, Shawn Michaels stopped him saying that he'll be in a match against the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Ryback, and that the said bout will be up next.
