Two injury-depleted AFC teams Buffalo Bills (3-3) and Jacksonville Jaguars (1-5) will clash in a Week 7 2015 NFL season game at the Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday, October 22.

Buffalo put on a good show against Andy Dalton and his seemingly Super Bowl-bound Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday but were still handed a 34-21 loss playing without their starting quarterback Tyrod Taylor, via Fansided.

Third-year signal caller EJ Manuel aptly filled-in for the injured Taylor, throwing 28-of-42 passes for 263 yards, one touchdown, one interception, and one sack for a decent QBR of 56.9 and 81.7 rating, but the Bengals are just too much for Rex Ryan's squad.

Meanwhile, the Jaguars have lost their fourth straight game against the surging Houston Texans, 31-20, at the EverBank Field also last Sunday, as per Fox News.

Current Texans starting quarterback Brian Hoyer and wideout DeAndre Hopkins teamed up for two touchdowns in the payoff period to beat the Jaguars at their home stadium.

Blake Bortles was back against Houston, passing 30-of-53 for 331 yards, three touchdowns, with three interceptions and three sacks for a 49.4 QBR and 70.6 rating, but Jacksonville still fell with a huge 21-point fourth quarter by the Texans.

With the Bills' top two wide receivers out with injuries, Manuel will rely more on their backups and running back LeSean McCoy in offense to beat the struggling Jaguars.

Prediction: Bills win, 28-21.
