A new set of leaked information may have provided insider information about the upcoming Huawei Mate 8. The new leak reveals the Mate 8's impressive specs list that includes a powerful fingerprint reader, custom chipset and impressive GPU.

The Huawei Mate 8 is expected to be released with a 6-inch bezel-less Quad HD display. Previous leaks also points to a possible custom Kirin 950 chipset with 4GB of internal memory. The Kirin 950 chipset is believed to pack an octa-core processor with four Cortex-A53 CPUs clocked at 2.0GHz and four Cortex-A72 CPUs clocked at 2.4GHz. If these numbers are true, the custom Kirin 950 chipset could easily topple the Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 and Samsung Exynos 7420 chipsets. The Kirin 950 also packs a powerful graphics processing unit, the ARM Mali-T880.

The phone's main camera is believed to be 20.7-megapixel while its front facing secondary camera is believed to be around 8-megapixel. It also sports a powerful fingerprint sensor and a powerful 4500mAh battery. The Mate 8 is also believed to support LTE connectivity.

As for the Huawei Mate 8's operating system, it is widely believe to run on the brand new Emotion 4.0 UI which is built on top of Google's Android Lollipop operating system.

According to GSM Arena, the Huawei 8 Mate will be released sometime in late November or early December.
