However, it is not yet clear whether the game will launch with all of these GameWorks graphical effects or if some will be added to the game via incremental patches post-launch.

On the other hand, not all players and fans of “Fallout 4” are not impressed with this rumor because Gameworks has a known reputation for featuring bad optimization. There is also increasing concern the program serves to the detriment of AMD card users, as developers actively improve performance metrics for Nvidia cards, according to WCCF Tech

A number of popular developers describe the program at one point as a “blackbox” and called it “unusable.” Since then, Nvidia did react by introducing improvements and adjustments to the program to address many of the issues raised.

The PC requirements for “Fallout 4” has different levels of performance. It needs Nvidia GTX 550 Ti 2GB or an AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB for best graphics performance, although the HD 7870 is faster compared to GTX 550. It is actually more compatible with GTX 580 or the GTX 660.

Rumor also suggest that “Fallout 4” will be a much closer affair to “GTA V,” a fairly well optimized title across the board with collaborative efforts from both Nvidia and AMD, Gameranx reported.

Bethesda has announced as well that all 27 versions of “Fallout 4” has been completed and ready to go. “Fallout 4” will be launched on Nov. 10 across PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
