Preparations for Halloween gala begin. According to We Love Soaps and Soap Central, Nikki and Phyllis come together to host city's most glamorous and biggest Halloween party. But little do they know, that danger lurks at every corner.

Meanwhile, Paragon Project continue to cause destruction in Genoa City targeting Newmans and Abbott family. In the end-credit scene of the last-aired segment of "The Young and the Restless" (Y&R), Kevin provides the solution to put a stop to the Paragon Project and the damage it has been causing. He suggest that both the rivals join hands and work together.

"We're going to have to kill the virus from both companies." Victor tells him to go ahead and do it. Kevin says, "I can't unless the two of you can manage to work together. Do you think you can do that?" Kevin tells Jack and Victor in the promo.

At the same time, a quick shot of the promo shows Nikki talking to a mysterious man. "Could you please find out why the lights were flickering?" Nikki tells the man.

At the hospital, Adam is now awake and he finds Chelsea at his side. But his world comes crumbling down when he figures he can't feel his legs.
