Two years after Liam Hemsworth and Miley Cyrus called off their engagement, Hemsworth reflects back on the relationship.

In the November 2015 issue of Men's Fitness, Hemsworth says that one cannot choose who to fall in love with.

He goes on to say that some people come with a "little more baggage", and the feelings he had during the relationship will never change, which proves that to him the relationship was real, and "just a fling".

Notably, Hemsworth and Cyrus met on the set of "The Last Song", which was released in 2010. Regarding the relationship, "The Hunger Games" star said that it was really an important part of his life, and will always be.

They called off the engagement in Sept. 2013, around the time Cyrus was successful in changing her image from Disney star to pop star.

He also said that Cyrus is a free spirit, and he thinks, "she'll always surprise people with what she does", and a young girl with a will of her own, according to E! Online.

Although Hemsworth was rumored to have a fling with Eiza Gonzalez, yet he has been single since the engagement has been called off. On the other hand, Cyrus was dating Patrick Schwarzenegger for couple of months.

When it comes to dating again, Hemsworth said that it was off the table. He said that due to his travelling schedule, he rarely visits clubs, but has a small group of friends.

He also added that it is tough to have a relationship while staying in the industry, and he feels that he is focusing on the right things, and prioritizing things the right way.
