Dr. Light comes to the scene in The CW's "The Flash" Season 2 Episode 5.

"The Flash" Season 2 Episode 5 is entitled "The Darkness and the Light." According to Spoilers Guide, Episode 5 would see Barry Allen discover a new breacher, as Dr. Light, had come through the portal and had got going to catch her. The episode would also see Jay Garrick tell Allen that Dr. Light had not been a threat on Earth-2 and that Allen could reason talk with her.

Dr. Light would also blind The Flash during a battle and would reveal stunning news about Zoom. Allen and Patty would also go out on a date.

According to a leaked Australian teaser trailer (via Melty), "Enterprise" actress Linda Park will play Dr. Light. The actress is set to be part of Steven L. Fawcette's comedy sci-fi film "Unbelievable!!!!!," Nathan Ives romance film "A New York Christmas," and Todd Shawn's action sci-fi "Star Trek: Captain Pike."

Meanwhile, "The Flash" Season 2 Episode 4, entitled "The Fury of Firestorm," saw Allen and the team stabilize Dr. Stein, but only temporarily. The team also searched for another possible link for the Firestorm matrix. They were able to identify two people, the scientist Henry Hewitt and the previous high school football player named Jefferson Jackson.

Hewitt was thrilled to unite with Dr. Stein, but the merging process failed, leaving him angry. However, he did not know that he had been indirectly connected to the Firestorm matrix. Jefferson initially refused, but upon Hewitt's return with his abilities, Jefferson agreed to merge with Dr. Stein. The new Firestorm helped Allen in taking down Hewitt, who got angrier and burned himself, losing his powers. 

Then, Dr. Wells broke into Mercury Labs and took a device. He used the device to incapacitate a humanoid shark monster sent by Zoom to kill The Flash.

"The Flash" Season 2 Episode 4, "The Fury of Firestorm," aired on Oct. 27 while Episode 5, "The Darkness and the Light," airs on Nov. 3.
