"Fallout 4" is coming on Nov. 10, which is just a day away. Despite that, many gamers are unable to wait, and that is why a website has made it possible for folks to build their "Fallout 4" character early before the release date.

This is a very good idea because developing an RPG character can be tedious at first if the player is not certain of what he or she wants. With this tool, Fallout 4 players can have a general idea of what they really want. When the game comes out, they would be unlikely to spend 30 minutes going through the motions.

The tool comes via rpg-gaming.com, and it is called the "Fallout 4 Build Planner." The guys behind this tool used the official and leaked information to make it possible, so do not expect everything to be perfect and 100 percent in line with what the full game is expected to deliver.

When the tool is first launched, potential owners of "Fallout 4" will be asked to tap into the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. scores and assign each attribute to their character. Once that is done, click on the "Next" button to level up, and from there, the tool should fire up the Perks system.

By hovering over each perk, the system should give a short description of what it does. However, not all perks can be used right away, and this can be known of the perk is grey, which indicates the player has met the requirements needed, and if it is black, then the player does not comply with the demands.

That's it though it is certain the real game itself will feature more options.

"Fallout 4" will be available on the Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, come November 10, 2016.
