"Supernatural" Season 11 is set to air jaw-dropping Episode 6 on Nov. 11, 2015. The upcoming segment is titled "Our Little World" wherein Sam and Dean plan to kill their biggest enemy The Darkness/Amara. Meanwhile, Metatron returns. In Episode 5, the Winchester Brothers investigated Lizzie Borden's house where a young couple is killed. Upon investigation, Sam and Dean figure that Amara, who is now a young girl, is responsible for all the murders.
In Episode 6 of "Supernatural" Season 11, the brothers plan to kill The Darkness. A promo video for "Our Little World" teases the two brothers discussing their plan.
"We're going in to kill Amara. Are you ready for that?" Sam asks Dean in the promo video. "We don't know the first thing about her, Dean. We don't know her powers. We don't know how to take her down. Hell, you know what? We don't even know if she can be killed."

Synopsis for Episode 6 (via Spoilers Guide) suggests that Castiel approaches Metatron to assist the brothers in getting rid of the Darkness. But will Metatron help the pair? It seems Metatron is pretty content with his new life and the new job of a freelance videographer. At the same time, Amara is growing stronger and powerful and Crowley is losing control on her.
Fans know that Dean has a connection to the Darkness. They are tied together due to the Mark of Cain. However, the connection remains a mystery and is expected to be revealed later in "Supernatural" Season 11.
Meanwhile. Action Jensen Ackles, who plays the role of Dean Winchester, talked about his character's connection to the Darkness to ET Online. "There's obviously that connection [between Amara and Dean]. But what it all means, and how it's all going to tie into his destiny and his future, and what that means for the brothers, is something he's very nervous about."
