Tina Fey, 44, and Amy Poehler, 43, have released a promo video for the 2015 Golden Globe Awards, which will air on NBC on Jan. 11, UPI reported.
For the third and final time, the actresses will host the Hollywood Foreign Press Association's Golden Globe Awards, which are presented annually at a dinner ceremony recognizing film and television achievements both from domestic and foreign industries.
After recently appearing in "This Is Where I Leave You" with Jason Bateman, Fey is set to produce "Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt," a new Netflix comedy. She is known for her role as Liz Lemon on "30 Rock" and her performances on NBC sketch comedy series "Saturday Night Live."
On the other hand, Poehler is set to reprise her role as Leslie Knope in the seventh and final season of NBC comedy "Parks and Recreation," which will premiere on Jan. 13. She released her memoir "Yes Please" in October and will star and executive-produce "Sisters" in Dec. 2015.
Meanwhile, China has three entries for the Best Foreign Language Film category of the 2015 Golden Globe Awards: Zhang Yimou's "Coming Home," Peter Chan's "Dearest" and Han Han's "The Continent," China Entertainment News reported.
Based on Geling Yan's novel, "Coming Home" stars "Memoirs of Geisha" actress Gong Li, Chen Daoming and Zhang Jia-yi.
"Dearest" stars Zhao Wei, Tong Dawei and Huang Bo. Both Zhao and Tong are currently filming the 2015 Hollywood film "Hollywood Adventures" with Sung Kang and Huang Huang Xiaoming, among others.
The screenplay of "The Continent" was also written by Han. It stars Wallace Chung, William Feng and Chen Bo-lin.
The three Chinese films will compete against the Russian film "Leviathan" and the French films "Mommy" and "Venus in Fur."
In 2013, China had five entries for the Best Foreign Language Film category, but none of them won. Among the films were Wong Kar-wai's "Grandmaster," Feng Xiaogang's "1942" and Jia Zhangke's "A Touch of Sin."
