Despite Kate Middleton's worldwide fame for her lean figure even after the birth of her second child, Prince William is against the strict diet plan that is being followed by the Duchess and is quite worried about her health.

Recent reports stated that the Duchess of Cambridge has grown increasingly obsessive about her weight to such an extent that she has now reportedly developed anorexia. The 33-year-old has lost considerable weight and the Prince reportedly is not very happy about it.

The Prince is constantly worried about his wife's health and they often end up arguing over the topic. Due to his busy schedule, it is also rumored that they are unable to spend any quality time together and are subtly drifting apart.

In a bid to preserve their marriage and the palace's lineage, Queen Elizabeth is said to have ordered the couple to go on romantic dates. The couple has reportedly gone to St. Andrews on Oct. 22 and is now keen to rebuild the spark in their marriage.

To reignite their romance, Duke and Duchess are even planning a romantic trip to Mustique. Their kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, are unlikely to join them and will remain back home under the care of their nannies and grandmother Carole Middleton's supervision.

Meanwhile, the royal couple was last seen at the annual Remembrance Day festivities in London on Nov. 8, where the mother-of-two looked chic in two stunning and event-appropriate outfits, a black long-sleeved lace Dolce & Gabbana dress as well as a black Alexander McQueen coat paired with a poppy pin and pearl earrings, Hollywood Life reported.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's next public outing will be at Caernarfon on Nov. 20, where they will oversee the work done by Mind services, Daily Post reported.
