Keith Carlos, the first ever male winner of the fashion reality television show "America's Next Top Model," shared his future plans in both his personal and professional life. The show's Cycle 21 champion also revealed who he perceived as his biggest competition and the one contestant whose progress surprised him.
Admitting that his victory in "ANTM" has definitely opened many doors for him, as well as considerably boosted his popularity in social media sites, Carlos shared that he wants to land roles in television shows. Apart from this dream, the "ANTM Cycle 21" victor also wishes to walk in all fashion weeks and get published in various national and international magazines. Keith also has his eyes on major campaigns and commercials for renowned and globally recognized brands.
When asked about the designers he dreams of working with in the future, Carlos has a long list of names. Unsurprisingly, the male model included in his wish list Gucci, Prada, Alexander Wang, and Christian Dior. He also shared his goal of walking for Calvin Klein, Adam Lippes, Alex Perry, and of course Alexander McQueen. Rounding up Keith's list are Tom Ford and Armani.
About the magazines he would like to cover, Carlos was prompt in his response. His dream magazine covers are Esquire, Vogue, GQ, and Details. Although his days in the football field are now behind him, the model's desire to also cover in Men's Health still reflects his mindfulness on fitness.
Looking back on his experiences during the competition, Carlos revealed that he saw Will Jardell as the biggest threat to his victory. Describing the openly gay model, the ex-athlete shared that Will not only photographed incredibly well, but also possessed a very charming personality. In addition, he and Keith were the only male models to have won best photo several times.
Meanwhile, it was Adam Smith who surprised the "ANTM" winner the most. Starting off the season as a wild party boy and a questionable model, Keith admitted that he had been quite shocked when Adam made it as a finalist.
Among all the models, however, Keith wants to spend some quality time with Kari Calhoun. He confessed that he would love to explore her personality more and possibly strengthen their relationship as friends.
Keith also shared that he is now noticed in public more often. Another change brought about by his success is the fact that people now keep asking him to take selfies with them.
