A blend of forceful fight sequences and crucial character flashes was showcased in "Arrow" Season 4 Episode 7.
"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 7 is entitled "Brotherhood." According to The Hollywood Gossip, "Brotherhood" featured a slight tinge of a family reunion, since John Diggle discovered that one of the "ghosts" the team had encountered when they were trying to steal something from a biotech company had been his brother Andy Diggle, who was presumably dead.
Oliver Queen also opted to restore Startling Bay, as a principal component of his mayoral platform. With Queen's plan, Damien Darhk appeared at a PBA to warn the former to navigate away from the bay if he did not want to see himself "opposed," as per The Hollywood Gossip.
Episode 7 also saw H.I.V.E. move on to attack parts of Central City, such as banks. The episode also saw John tell Queen that H.I.V.E. killed his brother Andy, as he was a criminal competition. The group went to a research lab to find the substance they believed was being used by the organization.
Darhk's crew attack team, which led John to discover that Andy was not dead and had become part of H.I.V.E. John was not able to believe that his brother had joined H.I.V.E., yet the team believed that Andy was under mental manipulation. The group located Andy and was successful to recover him with the help of Ray Palmer and his ATOM suit.
Thea Queen also encountered Darhk and this led her to a new discovery. After Darhk failed to drain Thea's lifeforce, the latter learned that the villain's powers may help cure her bloodlust.
Meanwhile, "Arrow" Season 4 Episode 8 is set to be the second part of the crossover event, along with "The Flash," as the two shows set up the foundation for DC's "Legends of Tomorrow." Entitled "Legends of Yesterday," Episode 8 will see Oliver and Barry Allen take Kendra Saunders and Carter Hall to a distant location to hide them from Vandal Savage, according to Spoilers Guide.
Malcolm plots a meeting with Savage, Green Arrow, and The Flash, which is set not to agree as planned. Then, Felicity Smoak, Thea, Laurel Lance, and John will join forces with Team Flash to yield a powerful weapon to counter Savage.
"Arrow" Season 4 Episode 7, "Brotherhood," aired on Nov. 18 while Episode 8, "Legends of Yesterday," airs on Dec. 2. "Legends of Today" airs on Dec. 1 while "Legends of Tomorrow" is slated to premiere in 2016.
