English television host James Corden was surprised by Joseph Gordon-Levitt with a kiss while the "500 Days of Summer" actor imitated pop icon Janet Jackson during "Lip Sync Battle."

The 37-year old Corden was simply expecting Gordon-Levitt and his other guest for the night, Bryan Cranston, to appear on stage once called.

However, the immediate announcement of the 34-year-old's name led to Gordon-Levitt opening the door while holding a mistletoe that apparently signaled the actor's intention to kiss Corden, according to E! Online.

In order to realize Gordon-Levitt's goal, the American filmmaker dashed towards the stage, where the "Into the Woods" actor was conversing with the audience, and hastily gave Corden an unexpected, memorable smooch.

After Gordon-Levitt kissed Corden, the Hollywood celebrity took a bow and proceeded to go back to the backstage.

The craziness did not end for the host of "The Late Late Show with James Corden" as "Breaking Bad" star Bryan Cranston met Corden while wearing a questionable red robe.

Afterward, a girl who was not wearing any pants on came out of Cranston's room, but the 59-year-old actor contended that the woman was his niece. A guy, who also had no pants, went out of the room. Cranston said that the man was simply his publicist.

The hilarious scene concluded with a goat exiting the same room and Cranston saying the animal was his massage therapist.

Meanwhile, Gordon-Levitt returned to hit show "Lip Sync Battle" as Janet Jackson singing "Rhythm Nation," according to Variety.

The Hollywood actor wore a lot of makeup and had an impressive costume as Gordon-Levitt battled against the 37-year-old Anthony Mackie, who performed "2 Legit 2 Quit" by MC Hammer.

The first "Lip Sync Battle" Gordon-Levitt had actually occurred two years ago when the filmmaker was crowned as the champion for his "Superbass" performance.
