New 'Captain: America: Civil War' details will feature a new theory connecting the film's ending to "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" and Doctor Strange to possibly have a cameo appearance.
The central theme of the phase 3 films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe is on the completion of the Infinity Stones as several of these films will likely reveal the last two remaining stones; the Time and Soul stones. Recent reports stated that the end of "Captain America: Civil War" will have Vision (Paul Bettany) leave earth to travel vast cosmos in the galaxy and is rumored to appear in "Thor: Ragnarok" and possibly in "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" film.
It is theorized that both "Captain America: Civil War" and "Guardians of the Galaxy 2" is some how connected to one another because of the Infinity Stones and Thanos (Josh Brolin) has made his move and plans on gaining all six stones by himself, Movipilot reported.
It does make sense since Vision is powered by the Mind stone, while Taneleer Tivan/The Collector (Benicio del Toro) has the Aether/Reality stone in his collection. The Power Stone is in the hands of the Nova Corp and the Tesseract/Space stone is in Asgard.
The Guardians of the Galaxy is also rumored to team-up with the Avenger's during "Avengers: Infinity War" part 1 as the theory stated that Gamora (Zoey Saldana) could be the key in defeating Thanos due to her being his adopted daughter and will use this relationship to further find other weaknesses.
However, director Jame Gunn seems to debunk this theory due to his desire to have the Guardians of the Galaxy seperate them from famous Marvel superheroes teams like the Avengers and does not want the fans to assume too much.
Aside from the possible connections to "Guardians of the Galaxy 2", another Marvel superhero may likely have an appearance in "Captain America: Civil War" as Doctor Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) is rumored to have a cameo in the film.
The "Sherlock" star has confirmed his role as Doctor Strange during D23 Expo event a few months ago and is currently filming "Doctor Strange" film this month in Kathmandu, Nepal.
Comic book fans speculated that Stephen Strange could show up during he post-credit scene in "Captain America: Civil War", counting on Marvel Studios' habit of teasing and introducing characters in that manner, WhatCulture reported. Doctor Strange is scheduled to be in cinemas on Nov. 4, 2016 with an ensemble cast which include Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Michael Stuhlbarg and Mads Mikkelsen.
"Captain America: Civil War" will be released in cinemas on May 6, 2016.
