According to recent "Jane the Virgin" season 2 episode 7 spoilers, Rafael Solano (Justin Baldoni) will accompany the Villanueva women as they tackle Target during the Black Friday sale.
"Jane the Virgin" season 2 executive producer Jennie Snyder Urman recently told Entertainment Weekly that the Black Friday sale is Christmas shopping on the surface but "certain relationships come to explosive turning points."
In addition, Urman said mother-daughter duo Petra Solano (Yael Grobglas) and Magda (Priscilla Barnes) have to deal with the aftermath the death of Ivan (Christopher Corbin) and their hands are full in "Jane the Virgin" season 2 episode 7.
"Things are going well between Rafael and Jane at the moment and they are planning a date," Urman teased. "As for how that date goes, you'll have to wait and see"
Another "Jane the Virgin" season 2 episode 7 spoiler Urman shared was that Michael Cordero Jr. (Brett Dier) will reappear with some surprising news from south of the border.
In an interview with TV Line, Baldoni said that he does not see Michael Cordero Jr. as an issue with Rafael Solano and Jane Villanueva (Gina Rodriguez). He said Dier's character is not going anywhere and he will "always be a complication."
Baldoni pointed out that The CW telenova would not be "Jane the Virgin" if there were not complications. He added that his character feels like Jane Villanueva's second choice but he is sure that he is in love with her and does not want anybody else.
Also, Baldoni described Rafael Solano as someone who is "willing to fight and wait" and he loves how the "Jane the Virgin" writers are writing his character.
