When Apple Music was launched in June, Apple TV owners were a little bit disappointed since the service was not offered on their platform. Everything changed in October when Apple released the fourth-generation Apple TV that comes preinstalled with Apple Music. Now, Apple TV owners noticed that Apple Music will have a more seamless function if the tech giant will incorporate Siri on their smart TV.

Currently, Apple Music's tvOS app is a bit cumbersome to use. The process of adding music to the queue and creating playlist is a clutter but this is not the case with Apple Music on iOS. With the help of Siri, every command that users want on Apple Music can be easily handled by the digital assistant.

According to Mac World, adding Siri to Apple Music is one of its biggest selling point since no other online music streaming service supports Apple's digital assistant. Siri is also available on tvOS but it is not yet integrated into Apple Music on Apple TV.

Owners of Apple TV can use Siri in finding contents on third-party tvOS apps like Netflix and HBO Go, but that feature has yet to find its way into Apple Music. Apple CEO Tim Cook said that the feature will be added sometime in early 2016. Before that, users will have to use the Apple TV remote when navigating through Apple Music.

According to Neuro Gadget, Apple Music has pulled together more than 6.5 million premium subscribers since it was launched. Apple is positive that the number will grow once Siri will be integrated into Apple Music on Apple TV.
