Bobby Flay has reportedly started dating January Jones following his messy divorce with ex wife Stephanie March. Now that Gida de Laurentiis has started dating someone new, insiders claim that the Food Network chef has moved on to the "Mad Men" actress.
According to Starcasm, Flay has recently put up his New York apartment for sale. It was said that he is planning to move to Los Angeles, where Jones currently lives.
It has long been rumored that Flay and Jones were having an affair behind March's back. Some even speculate that Flay may just be the father of Jones' son Xander.
Given that the actress got pregnant a couple of months after her alleged affair with the chef, sources held that it was not impossible to think that it could happen. The outlet also pointed out that some websites even went far as saying that Xander looked a lot like Flay.
In other news, Page Six reported that a judge has tossed March's motion demanding for $105,000 from her estranged husband. The "Law and Order" actress claimed that Flay violated their divorce agreement by including her in the video.
Flay's lawyer Jeremy Bethels, however, countered that the spots were controlled by the network and not by his client.
"This is not about the agreement, it's not really about justice. It's about revenge," Bethels added.
Justice Matthew Cooper eventually tossed March's motion, concluding that Flay cannot ask the Food Network to remove the videos. He also pointed out that this kind of case sounds like something that should be settled in a "small claims court."
