The forthcoming segment of "American Horror Story: Hotel" (AHS) Season 5 continue to delve deeper into the mysteries of Hotel Cortez. Fans must brace themselves as things are only going to get intense as dark secrets are unveiled.
According to the synopsis (via Cartermatt) for Episode 8, Detective John Lowe is hot on his trail of the Ten Commandments Killer. It seems he is very close to discovering the identity of the murderer, who attributes his crime to the Biblical teachings.
Meanwhile, several theories regarding the identity of Ten Commandments killer are swirling around. Several media outlets suggest that Detective John Lowe could be the killer himself. According to MNR Daily, Lowe might be leading two lives. Fans will remember that John Lowe was a part of Devil's Night dinner, which means he could be one of the serial killers in the party that was attended by world's most dangerous murderers.
Another fan theory running rampant on the internet claims that Cheyenne Jackson's character Will Drake could be the Ten Commandments Killer. According to BocoCHutternut on Reddit, the reason why the new owner of Hotel Cortez could be the serial killer is his knowledge of the hotel's history. Also, he has been obsessed by James March. His intentions to buy the hotel that was designed and once owned by March may also suggest why Will Drake could be the killer.
Another clue is that he is always conscious about John Lowe's presence in the hotel. He even possessed the blueprint of the hotel and he quickly hid it when Tristan walked in. Also, it is worth noting that the murders in hotel started to occur just when Will Drake acquired the ownership.
Meanwhile, the user suggests that Will Drake may have become a fashion designer in an effort to seek approval from his father. The website notes that the Ten Commandments Killer is Liz Taylor's son, who happens to be Will Drake.
In addition, "American Horror Story: Hotel" (AHS) Season 5 Episode 8 is expected to dig deeper into Sally's backstory and her association with James March. A promo video teases some jaw-dropping twists in "The Ten Commandments Killer." It shows John Lowe preparing to commit suicide. Further, Sally leads Lowe to a room where she promises the answers are.
