The NBA trade rumors will turn full swing as restrictions will be lifted on December 15 and teams have a clear picture of their season.

One of the teams that dominate the trade rumor mill is the Chicago Bulls. On the plus side, this is because they have very desirable assets. However, the painful truth for the Chicago fans is that these Bulls as we know them are done-and they have failed to win a title.

The most recognizable faces of the Thibodeau era Bulls are Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah and Sir Charles In Charge believes that both players could be out of Chicago by the deadline.

"The Chicago Bulls should trade Derrick Rose AND Joakim Noah this season. And, if presented with the right deal and opportunity, I really think that they would pull the trigger."

Whether separately or as a package, Joakim Noah and Derrick Rose have been on trade rumors and possible destinations include the two Big Apple based teams, the New York Knicks and Brooklyn Nets.

There is already a clamor from fans to trade Joakim Noah at Blog A Bull and the Knicks would be a good destination for him. Noah actually grew up in Manhattan, and this would be a sort of homecoming for him.

There are scenarios of a Noah/Rose trade in exchange for Carmelo Anthony, and this is actually possible. Chicago will become a contender with Butler, Anthony and Gasol. Jose Calderon could be the filler to match salaries and even be the starting point guard. Calderon is also a teammate of Pau Gasol in Spain's national team.

The Brooklyn Nets, whose only chance of progress would be through trades, would also be interested as they would dangle Joe Johnson's expiring contract. They could still see Rose as an asset and a Rose for Johnson trade works.

However, they can get more creative: Rose and Noah for Johnson and Thaddeus Young plus picks could be an option for the Bulls for them to get more than just an expiring contract.
