Naughty Dog has some good news for "Uncharted" fans. Those who have access to the multiplayer of the latest installment, "Uncharted 4: A Thief's End" can already try out the beta as early as Dec. 3.

Sony announced the good news, as well as a few guidelines to remember. The first is that the download for the beta is 7GB, GameSpot reported. Additionally, players who want to participate in the beta should also remember to have a copy of "Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection." So far, this is the only way by which players can get access

There will be two maps and a mode accessible in the beta. This is far from the complete experience offered by "Uncharted 4." Still, the developer has assured fans that the beta will be loaded with content, even more so than other games have provided for their own beta runs. As such, any progress that is earned during the beta period will automatically not be included in the final game.

Naughty Dog has also given a few more details via the latest Twitch livestream, as captured by DualShockers. Specifically, those from the team shared some new aspects of the multiplayer.

It appears that Naughty Dog has put its all for the last "Uncharted" title, especially in the multiplayer. There is particular focus on the mystical, such as the Cintamani Stone mystical, which now reportedly has an ability similar to that of a grenade that affects a big area. There is also the Wrath of Eldorado that brings in some toned down damage. Other mystical mentioned is the Staff of Ayar Manco, which serves as a radar of sorts that can detect enemies and Indra's Eternity that essentially slows down enemies once a dagger is thrown in a large enough battlefield.

Naughty Dog also included an interesting mechanic in using items. According to the report, items used during matches will have to be bought. To avoid players using the same item over and over, the cash price of items will increase with each use.

"Uncharted 4" will be released in March 2016. While Naughty Dog has not made any announcements yet, it is possible to get more details about the game in upcoming events, particularly the PlayStation Experience, which will take place this weekend.
