"Grand Theft Auto V" fans of the PC version are in for a great surprise as a modification was recently released to the public that offers an insane level of realism to the game. Josh Romito of The Pinnacle of V have made some smoking hot changes with the game graphics.

Pinnacle of V is a group of graphic modders for the "Grand Theft Auto V." They create some changes with the weather effects, shadows, lighting and more, that greatly benefits hi-res screens. Those players with 4K capable display screens can greatly benefit from these modifications. Even the environment, such as the grasses and water animation, has been. As far as environments are concerned, even grass and water animation, have an additional shine on it, Game Rant reported.

Another good thing about this is, it is absolutely free. Players, who think that their PC can handle the changes can head out to the Pinnacle website and download the files needed. Additional notes are also available there so be sure not to skip those ones as well.

Some sort of tweaking was also performed on the gameplay itself, but this is very minimal and hardly noticeable. The police and gang have a more working relationship. There will be instances that the police will work harder to arrest some gang members. Plus, the police force will be carrying heavier weapons that the usual "GTA V."

One really needs to see it for themselves in order to appreciate what these bunch of guys did to the game.
