The week on "General Hospital" (GH) opens with a devastating news for Jason. Spoilers from Soap Central and We Love Soaps suggest that Elizabeth's secret is revealed. Sam's growing suspicion forces her to confront Liz. Sam pays visit to Liz and asks her question. After finding the truth, Sam breaks the devastating news to Jason, who is left agitated and unsettled.
He decides to confront Liz and finds answers to his questions. As Jason pressurises Liz with his questions, she begins to break down. Ultimately, she admits being the part of the big plan. As news travels to Nikolas, he expects to be blasted by those around him. As for Jason, he is heartbroken after finding the truth.
Meanwhile, Patrick finds support from Sabrina as he struggles to make an important decision. He even attempts to cheer Emma up. Elsewhere, Ava spots Paul on a date, which makes her jealous. Sonny wants to win Avery back and Anna and Mac join forces against Paul. As for Hayden, she opens up to Nikolas about her life before she came to Port Charles.
