If 2014 was the year of Kim Kardashian's butt display, 52-year-old actor John Stamos ends 2015 by matching the reality star's feat by showing his backside for Paper magazine.
Calling the photo The New Moon of John Stamos, the image posted on Instagram by the publication has so far received almost 5,000 likes and more than 500 comments. The photo shows Stamos standing between two dark curtains with a one-foot gap between the curtains to provide light. He is not completely naked as the actor had a short sleeve polo on.
The image in honor of Paper's #Fandemonium issue to celebrate star who have devoted online fan bases. With the butt photo, Mashable predicts Stamos's fan base would further grow.
Stamos, who stars in a new Fox sitcom "Grandfathered" and a Netflix sequel in 2016, "Full House," admits showing his derriere is the craziest thing he did in 2015. He also filmed recently "My Big Fat Greek Wedding 2."
Paper notes that Stamos gets better with age, except that because of his very busy schedule, the actor "forgot to wear pants for our shoot." The image was shot by Brian Bowen Smith.
One more apparent effect of being in his 50s is that learning lines is what he considers the hardest part of the acting process.
Among social media sites, the actors says he gravitates towards Twitter, like Instagram a bit and finds Facebook pretty cool. He also tried recently Snapchat and found it fun.
