The San Francisco 49ers (4-8) are set to find hope of a first winning streak this season as they visit the hard-luck Cleveland Browns (2-10) at the FirstEnergy Stadium on December 13, Sunday for a Week 14 matchup.

Last Sunday, San Francisco defeated the Chicago Bears in overtime, 26-20, for only their fourth win of the 2015 season, as per Yahoo Sports.

New starting quarterback Blaine Gabbert, who took over from Colin Kaepernick in midseason, led the Niners to the win, passing 18-of-32 for 196 yards, one touchdown, no interceptions, but was sacked four times for a QBR of 69.6 and rating of 84.9.

Gabbert had one rushing touchdown, though, with running back Shaun Draughn contributing another one enough to pull off the win.

Meanwhile, the Browns are worse this season, dropping their seventh straight game to the Cincinnati Bengals, 37-3, also at their home stadium last Sunday, as reported by SB Nation.

Opting for signal caller Austin Davis to replace the injured Josh McCown rather than Johnny Manziel, Cleveland's offense is nowhere as effective.

There were reports that Manziel may start in this game against San Francisco, but there were no official announcements yet.

The Niners are projected to snag a second consecutive victory as the Browns' woes continue.

Prediction: Niners win, 21-17.
