Japanese fans of the "Bloodborne: The Old Hunters" can load up a theme for their PS4 game consoles based on the DLC for the game. This feature is only available for Japanese players, but many fans around the world are hoping to get them too.

The theme contains peaceful and beautiful images captured from the early portion of the "Hunter's Dream" DLC. It is exactly an opposite to the actual gameplay, which is dark and sprawling of monsters. The theme shows, a flower field, a quiet room, and an area with several trees. Overall, it offers a calming effect, especially when the soothing soundtrack of the game is also being played in the background, as a short video demonstrates. The icons were also changed into a stone-tablet like texture surrounded by a Victorian-era inspired embroidery, shared by Dio of NeoGAF.

Currently, the theme is available for the Japanese version of the game, however, it is not free. One needs to shell out an equivalent of US$3 to have it installed. Also, no news yet if it will be released worldwide, but it is doable, if the developer decides, Polygon reported.

On a related news, "Bloodborne" was nominated in the 2015 Game Awards for best art direction category, though it failed to bag the award in favor of "Ori And The Blind Forest."

"Bloodborne: The Old Hunter" DLC is available for download and is being offered as a bundled pack along with its original game. It was released on Nov. 24. It is also the first DLC or expansion for "Bloodborne" and includes new locations, bosses, weapons and armor.
