MacBook Air 2016, Apple's next iteration of Air, is yet to be confirmed, and therefore, it still in the circle of speculations and possibilities. However, avid fans believe that the next Air laptop might be released and rumors show that the developer company might release the long awaited gadget during its World Developers Conference in 2016.

Apple is currently planning to unveil their next MacBook Air 2016 laptop next, as reported by Gospel Herald, during the company's WWDC event. Besides the much awaited and advanced Air laptop, the Cupertino-based tech giant is also speculated to launch its next MacBook Pro 2016 laptop thereafter.

On the other hand, Christian Today pointed out that Apple's MacBook Air 2016 might be released during spring of 2016. It is believed that Apple conventionally releases its MacBook laptop during spring of each year. If this tradition is to be maintained then MacBook Air 2016 being released in spring makes sense.

With regard to specs and feature, it is rumored that the upcoming MacBook Air 2016 will run on Intel's latest chipset, the Skylake processor or otherwise referred to as the sixth generation Intel chip. In addition, there is likelihood that the MacBook Air 2016 laptop might sport an upgraded RAM capacity and Graphics Processing Unit (GPU).
