Both Redmi Note 3 and Mi Pad 2 are packed with some great hardware. This makes it difficult for the user to choose between the two mobile phones.

These two devices were unveiled at the China National Convention Center, according to iDigital Times. Apart from the different screen size, they have very comparable specs, which make it very hard to choose a particular winner out of the two devices.

Redmi Note 3 Specs:

The Redmi Note 3 sports a Media Tek Helio X10 along with a 5.5-inch Full HD display screen, according to GSM Arena. It also includes a 2GB of RAM along with a 16GB internal storage.

The device is further equipped with a 13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera. With a battery backup of 4,000 mAh, it runs on the Android Lollipop based MIUI 7 operating system.

The device includes a dual SIM which is armed with 4G support for both the slots. It further features a 164g stick metal uni body along with a finger print sensor. It is available in colors Silver, Dark grey, and Gold. Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 is slated to be the first device under this brand to sport a finger print scanner. It will be available for $145 for its 16GB model and for $177 for its 32 GB model.

Mi Pad 2 Specs:

The Mi Pad 2, on the other hand, is the successor to Xiaomi's Mi Pad. The tablet features a 14nm Intel Atom 64 bit chip set. It also features a 7.9 inch display screen along with a 2048 x 1536 screen resolution.

It comes with a 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage option. The device sports an 8 mega pixel front facing camera and 5 mega pixel rear facing camera. With a battery backup of 6190 mAhUSB Type-C port and the MIUI 7 operating system.

Mi Pad 2 will sport a finger print scanner. It will be available for $203 for its 64GB model and for $156 for its 16 GB model.
