New "X-Men: Apocalypse" details will reveal a less blue Mystique, Gambit's possible appearance in the film and Hindu leaders offended with Lord Krishna comparison.

"The Hunger Games" star Jennifer Lawrence teased that she will have a different take on her character Mystique in the sequel. With the first trailer finally released last week, comic book fans and viewers saw Mystique joining the X-Men and leading the charge to stop Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) and his four horsemen: Storm (Alexandra Shipp), Psylocke (Olivia Munn), Archangel (Ben Hardy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender).

However, fans noticed within the first trailer that Mystique is not oin her natural blue form as several reports claim that the shape-shifting mutant will be rarely seen like that in the film. Lawrence told Cinemablend that Mystique will show a little blue skin in the film as much as she could. When asked about whether she will be the X-Men's field leader she jokingly replied by saying she did try.

Aside from Mystique's blue skin, several Hindu leaders were angered by how the villain Apocalypse was referenced to Lord Krishna. Hindu stateman Rajan Zed stated that having Krishna compared to the villain is inappropriate and disturbing for people who worshipped and followed his teachings.

Zed added the Krishna was meant for worship in temples and home shrines, not for pushinh movies developed by "greedy" filmmakers. Zedd requested to director Bryan Singer to remove any references about Krishna in "X-Men: Apocalypse" and stated that this film is an example of how Hinduism is poorly used in Hollywood films.

Lastly, there have been rumors that Gambit (Channing Tatum) could appear in the sequel in a form of a cameo appearance, What Culture reported. Tatum has been signed on for future projects as Cajun mutant will star in his own movie, but has met with numerous problems in terms of film schedules, script writing and a director. Although there has been no official word from Fox, fans are curious to know how the "Magic Mike" star could pull off his version of Gambit in the film.

Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) will also make an appearance in the film as Singer and the production crew will be going back to Montreal to film several extra scenes.

"X-Men: Apocalypse" will be released in cinemas on May 27, 2016.
