AT&T has started a new promotional campaign to sell the iPhone 6S and 6S handset. The offer allows users to buy a handset get another one for free.

The AT&T promotional page for Buy One Get One Free (BOGO) offer from AT& lists various handsets like Galaxy Note 5, Galaxy S6, and Galaxy Note 4. However, it does not list the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus handsets. It is confirmed that the offer is valid on the newly released iPhones, 9 to 5 Mac reported.  The deal can be availed at AT&T stores.

In order to take advantage of the offer, a buyer needs to avail the iPhone 6S or 6S Plus through the AT&T Next financing plan.  Buyers will be provided with a credit of $650. The credit amount is same as the price of the iPhone 6S 16 GB handset.

The $650 credit will let users on AT&T Next 24 plan to receive $21.67 monthly installments for 30 months. Customers who opt for the AT&T Next plan will receive monthly installments of $23.22 for 28 months. The monthly installments will start showing in the second or third bill.

Additional costs in the form service charges and taxes will have to be paid by the customer. The credit received can be used to purchase another iPhone 6S or 6S Plus handset with higher storage capacity. Here too, the cost difference will have to paid by the buyer.

In order to qualify for the offer, customers should have an original line with good record. The deal will expire on Dec. 31, 2015. The offer is valid on smartphones from the same OEM. It means to get an iPhone for free, users need to purchase an iPhone and not an Android phone.
