It must be tough for Bill Cosby, 77, to preserve his innocence when surrounded by a number of complaints regarding sexual assault allegations by former actresses and models. There is another allegation against him made by Playboy model Chloe Goins who arrived with her attorney Spencer Kuvin at LAPD headquarters.

According to Goins, the incident occurred when she was just 18, and she was at the playboy mansion. She was offered a glass of wine by Cosby, which was apparently drugged. She lost consciousness and later woke in a bedroom, with naked Cosby on top of her.

Early in December 2014, as NatMonitor reported, there was a similar allegation made against Cosby by Judy Huth, where she claims that she was drugged and raped by Cosby when she was just 15 years old. The incident also has been reported to take place at the Playboy mansion.

Goins's attorney said that the sexual misconduct case pertaining to Cosby was the first to fall within the statute of limitations. There have been a dozen cases accusing Cosby of sexual misconduct that date back decades. Goins strongly believes that she has a valid criminal case here, as reported by Huffington Post. She is not very clear about what actually took place when she was unconscious. However, she claims that when she woke up, she found herself naked with Cosby all over her. Goins's attorney says that they are here for one reason, and that is to get justice.

Cosby's attorneys have stated that the allegations made are well out of the range of 10-year statute of limitations set for the sexual assault crimes in California. However, LAPD has pointed out that they do investigate sexual assault crimes that set a behavior pattern, and the suspect can be charged. Such cases of sexual abuses are highly confidential.
