Miley Cyrus has displayed her breasts so many times in concerts and pictorials. However, at her Dead Petz concert on Saturday in Los Angeles, she wore fake breasts.
But being the outrageous performer, Miley not only used prosthetic boobs but also donned a unicorn horn, rainbow wig and a giant strap-on, reports People. On top of those gimmicks, Miley also guested Pamela Anderson, the outspoken animal rights advocate.
Anderson, the last nude cover girl of Playboy, showed that even if she could pass for Miley's mother, she is still sexy by baring her left leg which had the phrase "no captivity," while she held a sign that reads "Save the Whales." Pamela wore a body-hugging black top that showed her curves.
Miley, People notes, had previously worn prosthetic breasts, huge purple wig, silver boots that reached her thighs and an S&M bondage top for the kick-off of her Dead Petz tour in Chicago on Thursday.
Toward the end of the concert, while seated behind a grand piano, the former Disney star explained the reason behind the title Dead Petz which marked the end of the tour in LA. Miley says it was in response to a feeling she developed as she was on a concert tour to promote her "Bangerz" album.
Her aim then was to erase her being known as a clean Disney star, but during the tour, her pet dog Floyd died. Miley changed her focus to sharing her belief that "nature is always right" and it must be defended from man's destructive ways. She also wanted to have people around her who understood how painful it is to lose a pet, explaining the presence of Pamela in the last leg of the tour.
In a review of the "Dead Petz" album, LA Times notes that it is "a slackly paced mishmash of dopey chants and drifting electronic textures," suggesting the tragic evolution of a punk into a hippie. However, the daily acknowledges that while Miley - because of her outrageous outfits (or lack of it) - is often considered a shallow artist, her Saturday concert showed she was "a misfit on a mission, a rebel with a clearly defined cause" as it saw the performer beyond her fake boobs.
