Miss Universe 2015 Pia Alonzo Wurtzbach's trainer and mentor Jonas Gaffud took to Facebook to share an incident when Miss Germany Sarah-Lorraine Riek lied to him and his group after the Miss Universe 2015 coronation night.

"So surprised with Miss Germany," Gaffud wrote in his Facebook account. "She did something bad to our group. Pia asked us to go to her suite as Miss Universe."

According to Gaffud, he and his team were waiting for the go signal from security when Riek told them, "Are you looking for Miss Philippines? She's no longer here. She's on her way to New York."

Gaffud then told Riek that Wurtzbach just messaged them on Whatsapp. Riek then said, "How could she text you? She's already in the plane. I saw her."

"Duh? How could she be there and say she saw Pia in the plane?" Gaffud also wrote. He then added, "After a few minutes, we went to Pia's wonderful room with buffet."

Riek came under fire when she said in a clip posted to Missosology's Facebook page that Wurtzback does not deserve to win. She said, "I really couldn't believe it, I was so upset. For me, Miss France was the real winner."

"I was very happy for Miss Colombia, because she really deserved it," Riek added. "I'm really not happy with the result, and so are the other girls. I'm sorry to say it because none of us voted for Philippines. I'm so sorry to say it."

Before mentoring Wurtzbach, Gaffud was also the trainer and mentor of Miss Universe 2010 fourth runner-up Maria Venus Raj, Miss Universe 2011 third runner-up Shamcey Supsup, Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon and Miss Universe 2013 third runner-up Ariella Arida, who are all from the Philippines.

Talking about the controversial gaffe involving Miss Universe 2015 host Steve Harvey, who initially announced Miss Colombia Ariadna Gutierrez as the winner, Wurtzbach told Entertainment Tonight, "I was confused. I wasn't sure what was going on. I didn't expect that to happen at all."

Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao also commented on Wurtzbach's win. He told Phil Star that he intends to use the Philippines' Miss Universe win as "an inspiration and additional motivation" for him in his next fight.
