"19 Kids and Counting" alums celebrated a different kind of Christmas this year.

Not only was Josh Duggar not allowed to go back home for the holidays, he was also involved in a series of scandals during the latter months of 2015.

On Christmas Eve, there were reports that his wife Anna Duggar visited him at the Reformers Unanimous.

On Christmas Day itself, Duggar's parents Michelle and Jim Bob led their huge family in visiting the reality TV star.

Meanwhile, according to IBTimes, one photographer claimed that he saw Duggar with a woman with wavy hair leaving the facility.

This has led fans to speculate that Duggar may have been allowed to leave Reformers Unanimous temporarily, but he chose to not go back home and to just be with this woman.

The report also didn't coincide with another source's statement. During an interview with People, the source said the he believes Duggar won't go back home to his family for the holidays.

"I don't think he's going to be back for Christmas," the source said.

In other news, the other members of the Duggar family shared how they celebrated Christmas.

Jessa Duggar-Seewald and her husband Ben had a blast when they celebrated their son Spurgeon's first Christmas.

Jill Duggar-Dillard and her husband Derick spent the holidays in Guatemala where they also did some missionary work.

The rest of the Duggar family's whereabouts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day remains unknown.
