New "Street Fighter 5" details will feature a new trailer highlighting the alternate costumes of Ryu, Chun Li, Cammy and M.Bison and Capcom not adding Sagat and Blanka in the roster.

Game series creator Yoshinori Ono stated during an interview his reasons for not adding Sagat and Blanka into "Street Fighter 5's" roster. Ono told Famitsu (via Siliconera) that he does not want the game to have a repitition of characters in the sequel and wanted to have a good balance of characters within the roster.

Capcom did not want to add more characters blindly into "Street Fighter 5" and if so, it will shift the balance of the game's roster. Fans were disappointed by te decision since Sagat and Blanka have been staple members in any "Street Fighter" games.

However, Ono stated before that he and Capcom are working on a five year plan for "Street Fighter 5" and announced a second wave of DLC characters soon after the first wave is released sometime next year. So fans are gaming fans are still hopeful that Sagat and Blanka could show up in the roster in future DLC updates.

In other news, a new game trailer for "Street Fighter 5" features the alternate costumes of Ryu, Cammy, Chun Li and M.Bison, the Christian Today reported.

Each character's alternate outfits will be available in different retailing websites with Ryu's alternate outfit available in GameStop, while Cammy's outfit can be bought on Best Buy.

M.Bison's alternate outfit will be available in Amazon when gamer's pre-order the game there and Chun Li's alternate outfit can be downloaded in the PlayStation Network in the PlayStation 4 and Steam within the PC platform.

The sequel will feature returning characters such as Ryu, Chun Li, Charlie Nash, M.Bison, Cammy, Birdie, Ken Masters, Vega, R. Mika, Karin Kanzuki, Zangief and Dhalsim. New characters include Necalli, Rashid, Laura and F.A.N.G., while the first wave of DLC fighters include Urien, Alex, Guile, Ibuki, Juri and Balrog.

"Street Fighter 5" will officially launch on Feb. 16, 2016 in North America and Feb. 18 in Japan for the PS4 and PC platforms.
